Digital photography has opened new worlds to people who
never would dare to experiment with traditional film. Freed
from the expense of film and developing, photographers can
experiment with camera angles and lighting, taking multiple
shots to ensure getting just the right photo.

When you add in the ease of uploading pictures from your
camera to your printer or computer, new software that lets
you go from shoot to upload to email with just a few clicks
of a mouse, and the wealth of photo and graphics
manipulation programs available, the possibilities for fun
with digital photography are nearly endless.

Remember the digital photography booths at the mall or flea
market that took your photo and then printed it on a tshirt
or a mug or a calendar? You don't need the fancy equipment
or the guy at the mall anymore. It's easy to print your
favorite photo on transfer paper to iron onto a tshirt, or
onto decals or stickers to decorate almost anything.
